1. US Domestic Returns (Green Zone)
We offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for all US orders.
- Process: Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@stealthinnovative.com.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to our Honolulu warehouse.
- Refunds & Free Shipping Exemption: If your order qualified for our Free Shipping threshold ($150+), we do not deduct the initial outbound shipping cost from your refund. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.
2. Defense Zone & Abandonment (Canada & Rest of World)
Due to extreme return freight costs to Hawaii, we do not support “Return to Sender” for destinations outside the United States.
- Refused/Undeliverable: If a package is refused due to unpaid VAT/Duties, GST/HST, or an incorrect address, it will be Abandoned by the carrier.
- Mandatory Fee: A deduction of 2x the Published Retail Rate (USPS) plus $53.00 per additional item will be withheld from any refund to cover non-recoverable postage and product loss.
- If the total fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@stealthinnovative.com within 48 hours.
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
US Shipping Policy
Based in Honolulu, HI, we ship to all 50 US states (including Alaska, APO/FPO, and US Territories) using USPS Priority Mail.
- Standard Flat Rate: $12.00 for all orders under $150.
- Free Standard Shipping: Applied to all orders of $150.00 or more.
- Timelines: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Transit typically takes 3–7 business days.
International Shipping Policy
We offer worldwide shipping to the majority of destinations served by USPS. If your location isn’t available at checkout, please contact us at info@stealthinnovative.com to request a custom quote.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Rates provided at checkout are estimates based on common order sizes. While accurate for most shipments, they are not final for all orders.
Rate Adjustments
In rare circumstances (oversized items or remote delivery locations), the actual shipping cost may differ from the initial estimate.
- Notification: We will contact you via email with a final shipping quote if your order exceeds standard parameters.
- Your Options: You may approve the updated rate or cancel your order for a full refund. We will not process additional charges without your explicit confirmation.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes (DDU)
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
- Customer Responsibility: You are the Importer of Record. You are responsible for all VAT, GST/HST, import duties, and fees determined by your local government. These are collected by the carrier at delivery.
- Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to pay these fees. Failure to do so, resulting in abandonment, will trigger the recovery fees mentioned in our Abandonment Policy.

How do I return an item from the US?
Email us for an RMA number. You are responsible for the return shipping to Hawaii. We will refund your purchase price; however, original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order qualified for Free Shipping.
What is the “Published Retail Rate”?
This is the standard, non-discounted price found at any USPS Post Office. We use this as a transparent, third-party benchmark to calculate international shipping recovery fees.
Why is there an “Abandonment Fee” for international orders?
Shipping from Hawaii is costly. If a package is refused abroad, the cost to return it often exceeds the value of the product. This fee recovers the lost postage and the cost of the abandoned goods.
How long will it take to get my order?
US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders range from 8–14 business days, depending on your location and local Customs processing.
