This website is operated by Stealth Innovative, LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Stealth Innovative, LLC. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • 3.1 US Domestic Shipping: We utilize USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate for all domestic shipments. This allows us to offer consistent, flat-rate pricing regardless of whether you are located in Hawaii or the Continental US. Domestic terms are governed by our $150 Free Shipping threshold as detailed on our Shipping & Returns page.
  • 3.2 International Shipments (Importer of Record): All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) via USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate. The customer is the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for all local VAT, GST/HST, import duties, and administrative fees.
  • 3.3 Approved Markets (Green Zone – USA Only): For shipments within the United States, undeliverable or refused packages will be returned to our warehouse in Honolulu, Hawaii.
    • Cost Recovery: The customer is responsible for the Published Retail Rate (as published by the USPS) for the return postage. Free Shipping Exemption: If your order qualified for our Free Shipping threshold, you are excluded from any outbound shipping deductions. If your order did not qualify for free shipping, the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable and will be included in the recovery calculation.
    • Deduction Calculation: The applicable return freight (and original outbound shipping, if not exempt) will be deducted from any available refund. If these combined costs exceed the value of the order, no refund will be issued.
  • 3.4 Defense Zone & Abandonment (Canada & Rest of World): For all other global destinations (including Canada, the UK, EU, Australia, Japan, and Brazil), we do not support “Return to Sender” due to the high cost of return freight to Hawaii.
    • Abandonment Protocol: If a package is Refused (unpaid duties/taxes) or Undeliverable (address errors), it will be Abandoned by the carrier at the destination.
    • Mandatory Cost Recovery Fee: Because abandoned products cannot be recovered, a deduction will be applied to any available refund based on the Published Retail Rate as published by the USPS:
      • Base Deduction (2x Published Retail Rate): This covers the non-recoverable postage paid and an equal amount to offset the baseline product loss.
      • Product Loss Fee ($53.00 Per Additional Item): For multi-unit orders, an additional $53.00 fee per item will be applied to recover the lost product value of each abandoned unit.
    • No Refund Policy: If the combined total of the Base Deduction and Product Loss Fee(s) exceeds the value of the order, no refund will be issued. * Agreement of Terms: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that a refusal of delivery results in a total loss of the product and agree that these deductions are a fair recovery of actual expenses and destroyed goods.

4. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Stealth Innovative, LLC, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA.
